Start with the ticket itself
Ask for the exact event, date, seating section or category, quantity and whether seats are together. Check whether all sessions or race days you want are included. A premium view and a hospitality experience can be separate purchases.
Understand the hospitality
Confirm where the hospitality takes place, when it opens and closes, and whether food and beverages are included. A lounge outside a venue is different from access inside it. Athlete appearances, pit or paddock access, and restricted areas should be expected only when specifically confirmed in the offer.
Compare the surrounding travel
Review the hotel, room type, length of stay and location. Ask which transfers are included, where you meet transportation and how you return after the event. Flights, parking, meals outside hospitality and extra nights may need separate arrangements.
Use the same checklist for each option
Compare event admission; seating details; hospitality location and hours; food and drink; lodging; transfers; total cost; payment deadlines; delivery arrangements; and cancellation or event-change terms. Write down anything still unconfirmed before making a decision.
Pick the experience that matches your priorities
If being close to the action matters most, focus on seating. If entertaining clients is the goal, consider hospitality and logistics. If this is a long-awaited trip with friends, think about the entire weekend. “VIP” alone does not tell you which option fits best.
Send your sports travel wish list
Email me the event or team, dates, traveler count, seating priorities, hospitality preferences and budget. Say whether you need tickets only or a trip with lodging and transportation. I will help explore the available arrangements without assuming any particular access is included.
